Which deposit methods can I use?
We accept Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, MuchBetter and Flexepin. The smallest deposit is C$5.
What are the withdrawal limits?
Withdrawals start at C$10. Each Interac transaction is capped at C$10,000, while bank transfers allow up to C$25,000.
How quickly are withdrawals paid out?
Most payment methods receive payouts in 1 to 4 hours. A bank wire can take up to 12 hours.
Which currency is my account in?

How does the welcome bonus work?
Two packages are available: Casino, worth up to C$4,500 plus 200 spins, or Live Casino, worth up to C$1,500 plus 10 Golden Chips at C$5 per chip. Bonus funds carry a 50x wagering requirement, table games contribute 8%, and about 50 slots cannot be played with bonus funds. No wagering applies to your real-money deposits.

Need time away? In your account settings, choose a cooling-off period from 24 hours to 6 weeks. For a longer pause, you can self-exclude or permanently close your account.
Are deposit and time limits available?
Yes. You can limit your deposits, wagers and stakes, and add time alerts and reality checks. A lower limit applies immediately. A higher limit applies after 24 hours.
