About Cookies

A. About cookies

Cookies are small files your browser saves on your device when you visit a website.

When you visit, Burnaby Casino and selected partner services store small files in your browser. These files help the site recognise your device from page to page and on return visits. Pixels, local storage and similar tools work the same way, so the word cookies here refers to all of them. Cookies do not give us access to any other files on your device.

B. Third-party cookies

Not every cookie comes from us: some are placed by trusted partners.

Verification services, game studios, analytics tools and payment partners whose content loads on our pages may set their own cookies. Each partner's privacy terms apply to those cookies. We work only with partners the casino needs to operate, and we limit their data collection to what their service requires.

C. Marketing cookies

Used only with your permission, to measure our advertising.

Marketing cookies show us which ad led a player to the site and cap how often a single message is shown. They remain off until you consent. Players on a self-exclusion or break receive no promotional content from us.

D. Managing or switching cookies off

Optional cookies only run if you allow them.

The first time you visit, a banner appears where you can choose which optional categories to allow. You can update your choice at any time through the cookie settings link at the foot of each page. Your browser can also remove or block stored cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies stops login, the cashier and games from working properly. Settings are stored per browser, so adjust them on each device you use to play.

E. Essential cookies

Required for the site to work and to keep play safe.

These cookies keep you signed in as you move between the lobby, Live Casino and the cashier. They also guard your session against fraud, support age and location checks and remember your cookie preferences. The site needs them to work, so they are always active and no consent is required.

F. Functional cookies

They save your settings so you do not repeat them.

Functional cookies remember your language, recently played games, favourite titles and display settings. You can still play with them switched off, but you may need to set your preferences again each visit.

G. Analytics cookies

They show us which parts of the site work well.

Analytics cookies count visits, show which pages and lobby areas, including Popular, Jackpots and Promotions, get the most traffic, and flag loading problems. Data is combined so you cannot be identified from it. These cookies only run if you accept them, and declining has no effect on your games or payments.

H. Changes

Any update to our cookies is posted on this page.

When we add, remove or change a cookie category, we update this page and show the date the change takes effect. If optional cookies are involved, we will ask for your consent once more. Send any questions to [email protected]. To learn how we handle personal information, visit our Your Privacy page.
