Bonus and Promotion Rules

A. General rules

Simple rules that apply to every Burnaby Casino offer.

This page applies to all bonuses, free spins, Golden Chips offers, Promotions, Burnaby Rewards benefits and VIP offers. Each offer also has its own terms in your account, and if those terms differ from this page, the offer terms apply. Bonus funds are held separately from your cash balance. Your deposits are never subject to wagering and can be withdrawn at any time. In some provinces, advertising rules mean offers can only be seen after you log in.

B. Maximum conversion

Certain offers place a cap on withdrawable cash won through bonus play.

If an offer caps the amount you can convert into withdrawable cash, the cap is shown in the offer details. For example, the 50 free spins sign-up offer has a maximum cashout of C$100. Once wagering is complete, any amount over the cap is removed from your balance.

C. Misuse of bonuses and cancellation

Offers are for genuine play, not for gaming the system.

We can cancel a bonus and the winnings made with it where we find:

  • Claiming a single offer through multiple accounts.
  • Shared or third-party payment methods used to claim extra offers.
  • Betting patterns meant to clear wagering without any real risk, for example backing both possible results of one bet.
  • Stakes above the permitted cap, or play on excluded games, with bonus funds.
  • Any breach of our Account Terms.

Your own deposited cash stays yours in every case.

D. Wagering and how each game counts

Bonus funds need to be played through 50 times before they turn into cash.

Bonus funds from the welcome packages must be wagered 50x. Games contribute to this total at different rates:

  • Each stake on table games contributes 8%.
  • Around 50 slots cannot be played with bonus funds at all; the full list is in the offer details.
  • The contribution of other game types is listed in the details of each offer.

A 5x wagering requirement applies to any winnings from the 50 free spins given at sign-up. Real-money deposits have no wagering requirement.

E. Opting in

Every offer is optional, and the decision is yours.

Bonuses are never added without your say. Select the offer in the cashier or on the Promotions page before you deposit, or activate it in your account where that is how the offer works. Read the offer details first so you know the wagering, the stake cap and the expiry. You can decline any bonus and play with cash only.

F. Who can take part

Verified adult players in Canada, one welcome offer per person.

To claim an offer, you must be 19 or older, live in a Canadian province or territory where it is legal to play at an online casino, and have passed our identity checks. Each person, household and payment method may claim the welcome package once. Offers cannot be used while a self-exclusion or cooling-off break is active. VIP benefits are by invitation only.

G. Stake cap on bonus play

A limit on stake size applies whenever bonus funds are in play.

Every bonus sets a maximum stake per spin, hand or round until wagering is complete. This limit is shown in each offer's details in your account. Betting above the limit may lead to the bonus, and any winnings it produced, being removed.

H. Expiry

Every offer has a clear end date.

The offer details show how long you have to use free spins, Golden Chips and bonus funds, and to complete wagering. Once that period ends, unused spins and chips and any unconverted bonus balance are removed, while your cash balance remains untouched.

I. Welcome offer now available

J. One bonus active at once

Finish or forfeit one bonus before taking the next.

Only one bonus can be active on your account at any time. Further offers you claim wait in a queue until the active bonus is finished, runs out or is forfeited. You may forfeit a bonus at any time from your account. Doing so removes the bonus balance and any winnings it generated, with no effect on your cash balance.

K. Changes

Offers can change, but not after you have claimed them.

We may change or withdraw any offer, or update these rules, for example when required by law or by our payment partners. Any bonus you opted in to before a change keeps the conditions that applied at the time you opted in. Revised rules are posted on this page with their effective date.
